Mark was friendly and very efficient. He arrived very quickly after I called and was able to fix my air conditioner within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend Touchstone for any heating and air conditioning needs.

When my air conditioner broke a friend of mine referred me to Touchstone Heating and Air. I called three companies and had two of them come out to my house. From the moment I spoke to someone at Touchstone Heating and Air I was impressed. They were willing to come after hours to work with my schedule and they were courteous on the phone and in person. When Mark, the owner of the company, came to my house he was very professional. Their pricing was very competitive, but what won me over was the customer service. I had them replace my unit and since then I’ve had no problems. I would highly recommend this company!
Jonathan, the tech who came to our office was professional and helpful. He fixed the problem in a quick manner and I was happy with the bill. Our company continues to see someone from Touchstone Heating and Air every six months for a maintenance check. Our unit is old, about 12 years, and we want it to last as long as it can. I appreciate all your company does!
