They always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. When our air conditioner leaked and caused the ceiling to fall through, Mark was there within 30minutes and made sure the job completed and done right. Definitely would recommend them. Best people.

Touchstone Heating and Air were amazing. I have a businesd and last year i installed 2 mini split a/c units. I needed them serviced and cleaned but evrryone i called in Lake City had no idea what a mini split was. This Company was knowledgeable and very professional. I am now on their maintenance plan as well. I will only use them from now on. Thank you.
I have really enjoyed doing business with Touchstone Heating and Air. Mark and his staff are very dependable, reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Being in the rental business, it is hard to be able to trust someone to do a repair and know it is done right. I can honestly say that every time I have called for repair Mark or one of his staff have responded in a timely manner and went over repairs and costs with me before completing the job. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.
My husband and I were in need of a new AC system. We had worked with Mark, owner of Touchstone Heating & Air in the past, so we decided to give them a call. Our old AC unit was from 2005 so we were due for a new one. It was a York system and we thought it was a really great unit, so we decided to look into York again. Our timing was perfect because as it turns out, Touchstone Heating & Air is currently running a promotion that will get you a cruise vacation voucher if you purchase a qualifying York system. It was such a great added bonus to receive after already receiving such amazing service from an amazing company. The last time we cruised we went to the Virgin Islands. We still need to decide where and when we want to take this vacation, but we have 16 months which is plenty of time. We’re very excited to take this trip. Touchstone Heating & Air is absolutely wonderful. My house is very old and they have serviced our AC system in the past. This past week they came and put all new ductwork and vents in, fixed the issues with the inside unit and added vents in my home. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. This by far was not an easy task and I was so surprised that it was completed and cleaned up in a day. Mark and his team are courteous and and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better team to come into my home. I am so thankful to have found such a dependable ac company to call for all my needs. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.
