I was very impressed with these guys. Their customer service is amazing. I called the phone number last night after 7pm and was expecting to leave a message, when Mark Touchstone answered. Not only did he offer to come out to my house that night, but showed up with his guys at 9 the next morning and installed a whole new system. They didn't miss a beat, and didn't try to over sell me some crazy contraption either. I will be a customer for a long as I can.
After dealing with other companies that gave poor customer service and did shoddy work that endangered our family, we are so grateful that Touchstone was recommended to us by a friend. They did some major work for us and we couldn't be happier. Touchstone is a company that goes above and beyond, and we highly recommend them.
Touchstone Heating and Air just replaced a 20 year old Goodman 5 ton system in my Starke home. Not only did I get an extremely competitive price which included a 10 year parts AND labor warranties, the owner, Mark Touchstone and his 2 techs did the most professional installation one could ever hope for!! They were friendly, courteous and highly competent. I enjoy watching the process of removal and installation of such equipment and they cordially invited me to look on throughout the 4.5 hour process. Their courtesy was unparalleled! I have a very good background in mechanics, plumbing and electrical wiring and I can tell you without exception, there is not ONE thing I could fault or suggest an improvement in the installation of the outside compressor unit, inside evaporator unit or replacing the duct work. Plus Mark discovered during the estimating process a damaged duct in the attic which was repaired in the process. (No other company climbed into the attic to examine existing duct work or discussed with me my lifestyle and how that might impact utility costs and the recommended unit size and SEER). Mark's motto is that they will replace everything 'bumper to bumper' and they did. And lastly, every scrap of trash and used material was bagged and removed and my garage swept clean and outdoor area left in impeccable order. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND COMPETITIVE PRICE FOR THE WORK AND EQUIPMENT. I NOW SMILE EVERY TIME I DRIVE INTO THE GARAGE AND SEE THE NEWLY INSTALLED GLISTENING UNIT!! I RECOMMEND TOUCHSTONE HEATING AND AIR, INC. WITHOUT RESERVATION. I AM SOOOOOO HAPPY I FOUND THEM ON THE INTERNET!! THE BEST VALUE FOR $ SPENT IN MEMORY!!

I called this morning about my a.c going out and was scheduled an appointment between 12-1pm. I figured ot would be a little closer to 1 but at 12pm on the dot, Mr. Jonathan was knocking at the door. It dodnt take long for him to diagnose the problem and have it repaired. He even cleaned the outside unit for me as well. Great service and reasonable price. All in all it was a great experience.

They came out a year ago and installed a new AC unit and rerouted our ducting. Fantastic company full of caring employees. I'm just sorry it took me so long to leave a review.

Yesterday I had Miles Stidham serviced our a/c for the first time since moving into our new home. He was so awesome and thorough. A very helpful guy and answered all my questions without hesitation. He went beyond what was required. I must say my first experience was memorable and their customer service was excellent. Kudos to your team!
The service is always timely even in an emergency. Great, professional team. I enjoy doing business with them.
