Our maintenance agreement provides you with a Precision Tune–Up and Professional Cleaning twice per year.

Tune–Up Includes:

• Clean evaporator coil in place
• Monitor reversing valve
• Clean evaporator drain pan
• Tighten electrical connections

• Measure temperature difference
• Clean and inspect filter
• Clean condensor coil
• Adjust thermostat calibration
• Check fan blades for tightness

• Check start and run capacitors
• Check start and run relays
• Monitor refrigerant level
• Measure voltage difference
• Check Heat Auxiliary
• Check fuses and breakers
• Visually inspect ductwork
• Inspect unit wiring
• Check heat exchangers for cracks
