Never a good time for your 14 yr old AC Unit to quit, but Florida is notoriously hot in mid July. The thermometer read 97 outside so you know we were hot inside too! I Contacted Touchstone Heating and Air in the AM and a technician was at my house shortly after lunch. Time to retire the old unit and a brand new York unit was installed in approximately 4 hours. Got home on Friday afternoon and it was a bit warm in my house so I called the office and within 30 minutes a technical was at my home and when he left the unit was working and cooled my house down. Great Company Great people. They are the best for me and my family.
