I thought my A/C unit was not cycling properly so I called Touchstone Heating & Air to have them come check it. To my surprise and delight they were able to get to me that afternoon. They are ALWAYS on time and their entire staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and have always kept me in the loop on what they'redoing and why. I highly recommend this company!

Outstanding company in every way. I have done business with this company for years. They are ******************* and courteous and respond promptly to after-hours call when needed, even on weekends and holidays. I had a recent problem after hours and the technician went above and beyond to find the problem when I think many would have given up until normal business hours. They always give 100% and follow through to make sure things are working correctly. I can't say enough positive words about them.
