Touchstone Heating and Air did a fantastic overall job from the start. They answered my after hours call and scheduled a service soon after. The technician that came to my home, Jonathan, worked very hard to determine the cause of my issue. My system is a variable speed Trane brand HVAC, and is prone to technically difficult to diagnose issues and communication failures. Jonathan identified multiple deficiencies with previous repairs and spent hours correcting them. I can not say how impressed I was with both him and his companies' professionalism, promptness, and communication. I will definitely be using this company for all my HVAC needs!
Highly recommend these guys, very professional but still your neighborhood friendliness. Called for a problem in the evening, they weren't able to make it that night, but they showed up the next morning and had the AC going in no time. Will be calling them anytime I have an AC issue.
Very good customer service. Installers did. a very good job. They cleaned up afterwards and were very respectful of me and my property.

Touchstone solved several problems with my air conditioning system. Matthew, my assigned technician, arrived at the promised day and time. He found several problems I did not know about. He did a professional job and got my system running better than it has during the entire time I have owned my house. I will definitely use this company for all my future AC needs.

Jonathan the service tech always identifies the issues. He is definitely an asset to the company. Touchstone was the company that installed our 2 units in Oct 2016, when the house was built. We have stayed on their maintenance plan. Highly reccomend them.
They arrive within 20 to 30 minutes of the time of the appointment, and are very polite. They go to work and get the job done. I have been a customer for over 10 years.
