I cannot express my sincere gratitude for this company.
I called to set up an appointment for a service technician to come out and see what was wrong with my heat, (heat strips only working). They scheduled me for an appointment on Monday 1/6/25. Blake and Nick showed up to the house as scheduled and began troubleshooting and inspecting our unit.
Let me note: Blake and Nick were very professional and courteous and keep my wife abreast of what was going on.
I don't usually recommend people/individuals, BUT I highly recommend these 2 young gentlemen. They were able to get the heat working for my wife and like I mentioned above they were very professional, courteous and good service techs, and to me for the work that was preformed was a decent price.
I recommend Touchstone Heating & Air Inc. due to the professionalism of these 2 young men Blake and Nick.
Kudos to them and the company, thank you all again!!
We have been absolutely impressed with customer service provided to us by Touchstone Heating & Air when we installed our new unit. We just had our 6 months service call by young man named Matt. We were so impressed by his customer service toward us. He gave us total break down of everything he had serviced during his visit. Informed us how to handle the next service call. Great customer service all around. The office staff were very kind, considerate, and accommodating. The technician arrived on time, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful.
Most definitely going to using them again in the future for my general maintenance needs as well as any repairs that might be necessary.

We recently had Touchstone install 2 new units at our house. Mark came out the day after I called to give me an estimate. He gave me 3 options and explained each one in detail. After we decided on the option we wanted, the scheduled the installation for 3 days later. Toby, Matt and Hunter arrived promptly as scheduled, and they did a great job. Our 2nd unit went out 2 months later. When I contacted Touchstone, we received the same great response and installation.
We signed up for the yearly membership and they check the units throughout the year to ensure that you don't have any issues.
Mark and the entire Touchstone team are terrific, and they are extremely easy to do business with. When I call the office Jeanine is who I mostly talk to. She is friendly, courteous, polite and is always ready to address any questions or concerns I may have.
Our technician is Blake Tetstone. He is great. He is responsive, polite, considerate and very knowledgeable. He is great to talk to when he comes out and I enjoy visiting with him. He went above and beyond to address some minor issues on our small unit.
Communications from the company are top notch, and they always arrive as scheduled.
They are honest and dependable, and I highly recommend Touchstone Heating & Air to anyone who might need an AC or service.
