We had 3 other AC companies come out to fix the problem. Touchstone came out and looked into voltage & wiring. The problem is fixed. The people in the office were courteous and knowledgeable. JJ the service tech was great. He checked things that the other companies never mentioned or looked at. He is professional took care of keeping everything neat and clean. I am very pleased that I had them come to the house and will refer them to whoever asks me for a reference. I do home remodeling so I do have people ask me for suggestions on other service companies.

Had emergency need, Touchstone was out the next morning first thing in am. Wonderful staff, both Techs and office.
My unit died a few days before Christmas and right before a strong cold front came through. I called Touchstone's on Monday morning and they installed my new unit the very next day! The guys were very professional and courteous and arrived right when they said they would. I couldn't be happier with my new unit and the service I received.

Excellent personnel and very knowledgeable about operation. Able to answer questions greatly or if needed called someone who knew the answer. Yes we still use them and at this time will continue.
