Touchstone was recommended by our house inspector when buying our home. Touchstone was a pleasure to do business with them. They came out and discussed installing new AC. The type of AC they installed has excellent good reviews. Everyone involved with the installation, including the gals in the office, was impressive, professional, and very friendly. This is a trustworthy company and the staff are so friendly and professional. They came fast but at a time of day that worked for me and they answer their calls all the time. They don't do more than is needed like some other companies and they've saved my bacon more than once!
After determining our old Lenox AC system kicked the bucket. Touchstone went the extra mile to get us a new unit ordered and installed. The guys that arrived were on time and ready to take on the challenge. They were very polite and done an amazing job cleaning up after the work was complete. We love our new York unit and know Touchstone will be there to take care of us when needed!
