We called for an estimate on duct cleaning, and when they came out, they provided us with video showing that our ductwork was in really bad shape. It had not been serviced since we moved into the home, and they recommended that we replace it.
They didn't push for anything in particular, and in fact, were not pushy at all. We scheduled a time for them to come out and do our install. They showed up when they said they would, they had all the tools they needed to do the job, and they had plenty of staff to get it finished. They were all friendly and respectful of our home, and worked very cleanly.
We highly recommend them and in fact will be contracting with them to do bi-annual maintenance to ensure that our system is kept in top notch shape.
We have loved the service we have received from Touchstone. It speaks volumes by having Mark, the owner, personally address concerns we've had since our new install. We're extremely pleased with our new unit and have thoroughly enjoyed developing a relationship with the Touchstone family. I can't recommend Touchstone enough. Our experience truly has been 5 Star. Touchstone heating and air is probably the most professionally run, above-board, clean and presentable, and overall fully competent company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They are not the cheapest, but they are by far the most useful and functioning group I have dealt with. The staff is courteous beyond belief, the techs are extremely polite, and the price is competitive. I could not sing enough praises to this company and its people. I highly recommend Touchstone.
