We woke up on Saturday morning (June with 90 degree temps) realizing that our AC was not working and had a birthday party planned for that afternoon. I called first thing and the owner Mark and one other tech came in less than 2 hours and unfortunately for us our almost 20 year old system was done. They left and came back in about 30-45 minutes with 2 window AC units to get us through the weekend and save our party! Then 3 other techs arrived Monday morning first thing and installed a brand new unit. The customer service by everyone was top notch.
Won't use anywhere else besides Touchstone! Always fast and reliable!
Touchstone Heating&Air was, as always, thorough . Their technicians are all polite and personable. You can feel secure having them in your home.
AC was not cooling and the outside unit was making excessive noise. Brandon arrived and troubleshooted the problem. He found the solution and fixed it perfectly. Finally a good nights sleep in a cool house!! Thanks Brandon!!
Touchstone AC is extremely easy to do business with. The technician, Dillan was awesome, very polite, and explained what was done and how to maintain. I would recommend Touchstone to anyone who's in need of AC. They're very down to Earth and honest.
Any other company would have told me to replace entire system, but your tech replaced a critical part, and my antique is one again functioning. TY
We have been using Touchstone Heating & Air at least 4 years & have been extremely pleased with the service! We finally had to get a new A/C unit last December & have truly loved it! I highly recommend them & trust the company! Thank you Blake for servicing our unit yesterday! So polite & very professional !
On 5/8/24 one of touchstone technicians came to my house & began work. Well he was at Wrong house. Long story short. I called them on 5/9/24 stating my A/C stop working. Lets just say they came out to my home & was very professional!! They inspected the entire AC! They took accountability too their wrong doing and CORRECTED it! I am very pleased with my services! I would highly recommend them!
Rylee was great. Very personable. Works very hard. If we had questions he was right there with the answer. Cleaned out the a/c system n got it ready for the summer. Very happy with Touchstone Heating n Air Inc.
