Professional and prompt. I've been using Touchstone for 6 years. They're honest about what you need for your home system. They don't push products on you. Every service technican is friendly and polite. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.
My technician Ronald was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Found a problem I didn't know I was having since we weren't running the air (cold snap) and got it fixed before the temps went back up this week. Explained it all in easy to understand language. Looking forward to seeing him again in 6 months.

What a great company! I hesitated to call them on the coldest weekend of the year, but when I had an issue with my unit, they came within two hours and had me back in business quickly.
